  • Drone Daylight EL Inspection System SC-DEL-Drone

    Mainly used for EL internal defect inspection of PV array modules in solar power plants. This system can quickly and efficiently complete quality inspection of photovoltaic power plants, and can switch between photo mode and video mode for third-party operation and maintenance quality inspection. Equipped with full autofocus and switchable multiple detection modes, it is the preferred equipment for power plant inspection and O&M inspection. SC-DEL-Drone adopts the DJI (Matrice 400) drone, with a single flight endurance of up to 55 minutes, providing a stable and reliable high-performance flight platform for third-party industry drone applications. Up to 3 hours of MW-level photovoltaic power plant EL crack inspection, freeing staff from tedious and repetitive low-value labor, greatly improving work efficiency. With drone technology, automated power work processes can be realized, effectively reducing O&M costs, and can replace personnel for high-altitude and high-risk environment operations, making EL inspection safer.

It can detect various defects such as cracks, broken grid, fragments, broken pieces, sintering, cold solder joints, over-etching, low-efficiency cells, mixed grades, etc. The DJI flight platform can be purchased, rented, or provided by the user.
